General Trading S.p.A. collects all types of scrap coming from the following machining processes:

- turning; - salvaged waste and scrap; - crop-ends (profiles, sheet metal, etc.); - rejects from die-casting cycles; - slag (all types) coming from casting or die-casting in general.

•   Semi-finished products

- ingots (primary and secondary aluminium A7/A5); - billets, length 6000 mm and diameters between 105 and 325 mm; - wire rod;

•   Finished products

- strips and sheet: 99,5 nude and tread plates, 5005/5105, 3003/3103 unfinished, plasticized, coated, anodised in continuous, in 5052 - 5754 - 5154 - 5083 magnesium alloy for structural work, building yards, transport in very large dimensions; Chemical composition of the alloys Comparison of different uses of alloys - plates: very thick for dies and structural work in 6082 and 5083 alloy. - bars: round, square, rectangular, 2011 alloy and equivalents for turning shops, 6082 alloy for machining, 7020 alloy for hydraulic valves; - single wire and multi-wire in various alloys, for mechanical applications, on iron and plastic reels, and squared skeins;
